A temperature and humidity sensor for a property management company – early warning of damp and mould risk. Battery powered, LoRaWAN transmission and alerts for the landlord.

A load-cell transmitter for a scale manufacturer: 24-bit AD7124 ADC (Analog Devices), digital filtering and RS-485 / Modbus output. It replaced a module previously imported from abroad.

A DIN-rail energy sub-meter for a property management company. Metering on the ADE9153A (Analog Devices), remote readout over LoRaWAN and billing in a dashboard.

A 150 W LED driver and controller for a lighting manufacturer: converter based on Texas Instruments ICs, DALI-2 dimming and an occupancy sensor.

A CO₂, particulate and temperature sensor with a traffic-light indicator for classrooms, plus an online dashboard for school management. Built for a systems integrator in eastern Poland.

The original controller used a discontinued microcontroller. We designed a mechanically compatible replacement on STM32 and ported the machine logic.

Battery charger for garden power tools
A two-bay charger for a tool manufacturer: Texas Instruments BQ charge controller, cell temperature sensing and protections. We also built the production tester for the EMS partner.

Pump controller for hydroponic systems
A brushless pump and nutrient dosing controller for a small US manufacturer. BLDC motor drive on the DRV8316 (Texas Instruments), configuration from a phone over BLE.

Temperature logger for refrigerated transport
A battery-powered logger for a transport company: nRF52832, ±0.2 °C sensor, one-minute logging and BLE readout in the driver app with a ready-made PDF report.
